RIIP was created after years of trying to expand operations in Playa del Carmen and running into the same obstacle: there were no industrial facilities available. Demand was high, bidding wars were common, and warehouses were being leased before construction was even finished.
This lack of infrastructure is holding back economic opportunity in one of the fastest-growing regions in Latin America. RIIP was formed to change that, through responsible development, disciplined execution, and long-term vision.
